Founded in 2004, Triplex International Biosciences (China) Co., Ltd. (TIB) has grown into a high-tech biomedical enterprise specializing in the research, development, manufacturing, and global distribution of molecular diagnostic products, supporting instruments, and advanced medical diagnostic services.
TIB is recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise, serving as the Executive Director Unit of the Chinese Union of Translational Medicine and Biotechnology Alliance, the President Unit of the Fujian Provincial In Vitro Diagnostic Reagent Industrial Technology Strategic Alliance, and an Outstanding High-Tech Enterprise in Xiamen.
TIB is committed to developing a world-class R&D ecosystem for advanced medical diagnostics.
The company has established independent research centers in Beijing, Xiamen, and Fuzhou, supported by platforms such as the State-Local Joint Engineering Laboratory for Molecular Diagnosis, the Fujian Provincial Engineering Laboratory for Molecular Diagnosis, and the Fujian–Taiwan Medical Instrument Technology Cooperation Base.
TIB has also established joint R&D laboratories with leading scientific and academic institutions in China and abroad, including:
– The TIB–Peking University Laboratory of Molecular Pathology (Peking University Medical Center)
– The School of Life Sciences–TIB Biomedical Diagnostic Research and Development Center (Xiamen University)
– The Fujian Provincial Key Laboratory of Joint Hepatobiliary Technology Innovation, established in collaboration with the Shanghai Oriental Hepatic-Hospital of the Second Military Medical University (led by Academician Wu Mengchao) and the Mengchao Hepatobiliary Hospital of Fujian Medical University
Beyond domestic collaborations, TIB maintains international research partnerships with globally renowned universities and institutions, including Yale University, Columbia University, Taipei University of Science and Technology, and the Second Military Medical University.
Through extensive industry–university–research collaboration, TIB has built a leading medical diagnostic R&D platform that meets international standards, accelerating innovation and global integration.
