Cells Preservation Kit
Description
It is used for storing and transporting cell specimen collected from human body, and only for in vitro analysis and detection purposes, not for therapeutic purposes.
Principle:
Maintaining and fixing the original morphological structure of cells is the basis of pathological cell diagnosis. Changing in the cell morphology may lead to the error of diagnosis. The cells preservation kit is needed to fix the cell morphology.

Exfoliated cells such as sputum.

Transportation:
The preservation tube shall be placed upright in the sample collection box with the tube cover facing upward for transportation. Ensuring the swab head is immersed in the preservation liquid and there is no leakage.
Transfer the sample to the laboratory at low temperature (2~8℃). If it cannot be delivered to the laboratory within 24 hours, it should be stored at -20℃ or below.
Detection:
After collection, extraction and detection shall be completed as soon as possible. Otherwise, it shall be stored according to the following scheme: 15 ~ 25℃ for no more than 24 hours; Store at 2 ~ 8℃ for no more than 72 hours.
