Description

The liquid cell fixing matrix is used as the medium material for separation and enrichment, and the lesion (target) cells are preferentially separated and precipitated to the lowest layer.

After cooling and solidification, the solid matrix is used as the scaffold material to form a spatial network structure, so that the enriched cell clusters are fixed in a specific spatial position without affecting the cell structure. The cell matrix gel where the target cell is cut is the cell block.
