Description

As the major pathogen, SA mainly resides on the surface of schneiderian membrane and skin to cause various infections. It is the most common pathogen for fester infection. MRSA  infection causes high death rate and hinders the clinical anti-infection treatment.

This kit adopts real time fluorescence PCR technique to quickly detect the unique thermostable nuclease gene and methicillin resistant gene of SA and MRSA from the cultured specimen to judge the presence of SA and MRSA.
